Trying to make an appointment is frustrating in itself. Was placed in the queue, 44 minutes went by and the phone finally started ringing, however I waited 15 minutes and still no answer. I phoned back and had to wait another 20 minutes, then someone finally answered. Overall I waited more than an hour just to make an appointment. Spoke with the doctor and he told me to contact MSK to make an appointment, in the meantime he would do the referral. Contacted MSK and they didn’t receive the referral, so I called Agis and they informed me that I would get a phone call from MSK to make an appointment. A month has gone by, contacted MSK and they still didn’t receive my referral. I am in so much pain with my foot and now I have to wait till the 10th of October just to receive a phone call and make an appointment for a foot scan.

Asking for advice as no answer after being on the phone all morning from 9 am trying to book appointment and when I went to the surgery the staff said that is the way the system works and try again the next day not very helpful .

I have been ill for 4 weeks had two phone appointments with the doctor as couldn’t get face to face, they talked over me , wouldn't let me speak, telling me to do stuff for it to improve even though I was telling them I had been doing it for 4 weeks both times they pushed me away and said I do not need anything it is just a cold that has lasted a month , I have been in extreme pain in my ribs for two weeks because of the cough and told them about it they refused me again. Been up a&e and the doctor is disgusted in this practice that I’ve been let to carry on two infections for 4 weeks and now have an inflamed right lung. I am so upset and unhappy that they let this go on.

The care of this surgery has let me down consistently, this is just the first i’m documenting it. Been on hold this morning for 20 minutes, a receptionist finally answered and i could hear chatter in the background and the woman breathing down the phone and i’m saying ‘Hello’ trying to get her attention, she then sighs then puts the phone down. i know if i try and call again it’s another half an hour out of my day on hold for insufficient advice and/or conversation that is not going to help as this is the way it always is. would not recommend this surgery to anyone! cannot wait to change doctors.

Dad is housebound due to arthritic knees and registered partially sighted. The doctor won’t come out to him. Wants him to take a daily pill without Dad knowing what it’s for and wants him to take his own blood pressure when he can hardly see.

Doctor was over an hour late for my scheduled appointment, for the appointment to only have lasted 53 seconds. My pregnancy test was positive, go call the hospital and self refer.... Didn't even bother to congratulate or ask if I intended to go ahead with the pregnancy. Cannot wait to change GPs!!

The GP has stopped a pain medication I have been on for 15 years and substituted it for one which makes me sick (because it is cheaper for them) advising they will give me something for sickness instead. How can it be the right medical decision to put someone on 2 medication instead of one! Also, certain reception staff are extremely rude and unhelpful. I wouldn’t recommend this surgery and am looking to move to a new one.
