Really great practice, I'm sorry I have moved away and changed my GP. The reception team are unfailingly helpful, and all of the GPs I saw during 14 or so years there were helpful, insightful and capable. My most recent experience, a consultation in June, was quick to be booked and a very helpful meeting

New Reception staff needs proper customer service training. First thing they need to understand working with NHS is different from other business. People visit Dr/ hospital when they are desperate. They must not be judgemental.

We are an elderly couple who have been with the practice for many years. Now we need more care I cannot fault the practice. They have been very good about same day appointments when our need is urgent, following up to check on either of us when sick, organising supplementary care and showing great kindness and compassion. Great doctors, practice nurses and reception manager.
