Receptionist are polite and helpful everyone is fine well informed. Usually get seen quiet quickly by a doctor usually get a appointment quiet quickly

I had some issues getting my repeat prescription; however, the prescription team at this practice was able to quickly fix this issue with minimal wait time on the phone. I have had no issues getting through to speak to the prescription team here since joining the practice in 2021.

The Gp attended me was very passionate and very attentive. I felt valued . Compared to my previous GP. I like the GP’s online booking for appointments. I’m so glad I transferred to their practice.

My review is specifically about the GP I saw on my visited in Feb 2024. She is the first GP I have seen in years to actually listen to my health issues and I didn’t feel like she was just trying to get me out the door. She gave some great advice and I felt supported.

On visiting my local pharmacy for my regular repeat medications, I was informed that one of the medications was no longer on their system. I made a telephone call to the prescription clerk at the surgery and the matter was resolved within a couple of minutes. Very efficient. Thank you.

I haven’t always had a good experience but recently I have had consistent contact with a GP about menopause and having the same point of contact has been amazing. I am managing to see this GP and feel listened to. I am frustrated by waiting lists for access to help such as a Psychiatrist .
