I had my travel immunisations done for Umrah, and the nurse was fantastic. She was thorough, double-checked the NHS and Saudi guidelines, and made sure I understood everything clearly. She was friendly, on time, and provided a top-notch service. A real credit to the practice!

I have always received q good service while at the GP practice. Today, I went with my child for her immunizations which went really well. The nurse was extremely friendly and professional, ensuring to deliver effective care to the patient.

Today I came in for a flu jab with a nurse (I'm unsure if I can give a name but hopefully you can match their name with my appointment) I'm very anxious when it comes to needles, both blood tests and injections. But this nurse was superb, when I said I just wanted it over and done with she understood what I meant - no patronising distraction tactics that made me hyperfixate even more. It was extremely quick and relatively painless, I'd come back to her for all injections if I could! She had a lovely vibe and even offered me relaxing music - I believe she truly understands how people with a fear of needles benefit with different environments. I've never been so pleased after a jab, so huge praise and thanks to this nurse - you're amazing!!

I couldn't have been happier with my appt today. GP & student Dr both friendly, very thorough & reassuring. I did not feel hurried at all. 100% better experience than my previous GP practice, thank you.

I came in for my yearly contraception review with the practice nurse, and it was a really helpful appointment. She listened to my needs and concerns, and also made recommendations based on personal risk factors that had not been discussed properly with me previously. She gave me a number of options depending on my needs and preferences, but there was never any pressure to choose a particular option. I really hope that all future reviews I have go like this as I felt really listened to and supported.

I’ve been a patient here for 2 years and in that time have gone through a pregnancy and birth of my baby. I’ve always found I’m able to get an appointment and the GPs and nurses I have met have all been great. I’ve never felt rushed and have come out of my appointments feeling satisfied. My baby also had his jabs here and the nurse was great!

Very friendly and helpful nurse who saw me on time for an injection. She checked for any blood tests I needed and gave me the time to explain a problem with my sinuses, gave me a though check for symptoms, and then filled in the Kinik form to refer me for a phone call with a GP for a possible prescription.

Like every other person at this practice from the reception staff to the GPs, the Nurse I saw today was kind, knowledgeable and reassuring. She made an uncomfortable procedure an absolute breeze. Thank you!
