I have appointment for my baby vaccination. Appointment time is 11.30 . And it is 12.00 and i am still waiting for them to call me. Disappointed very much.

We aim to schedule appointments to minimise waiting times but unfortunately some patients may unexpectedly require additional treatment time and this results in clinics running late. Have been with this surgery all my life theyve always been really caring and helpful. Today i was seen and referred straight away and texted to tell me my appointment date and time. really impressed at a time the nhs is being criticised. Thank you

GPs are friendly, explain everything in a way I understand. Never make me feel silly for asking questions. Receptionists are friendly and make me feel at ease.

Reception staff were friendly, gp was welcoming and explained everything to me so I understood. Even got squeezed in for a blood test while I was there. Very efficient
