The last couple of times I have had to attend either for myself or my daughters, this practice has been brilliant. I have managed to get an appointment the same day and felt like I was listening too and we were helped in a friendly manner.

Within minutes I arrived I was called in to be examined and the Nurse was very friendly and helpful which made me feel at ease. Thank you

Checked in for my 2nd part of my shingles vaccination. Didn't have to wait too long. Nurse was very good. Only issue, I had a reaction through the night. Arm was painful and was shivering through the night.

Reception was very helpful as they always are, the doctor was very helpful and answered all my questions, he was very thorough and took his time with me.

I did feel like I was a burden to an in general NHS with all my problems and became very disheartened by past experience and knowing many people were in more need than me. However things become that bad I cnt leave my son without a guardian or parent and need fight for as long as poss. My recent appointments tests ect with NHS as whole have been life changing and in every department I really feel like I'm been listened to, treated professionally advised and referred. Adderley green have been gr8 from reception to all nurses, departments, groups ect and seems to be completely on the ball since alot of recent interactions. Phaps I let 1 bad interaction, depression or illness caused me to lose hope. I just know I feel a cared for patient and feel like they've got me covered.

I was last there for a flue vaccine and to be honest there were a lot of people queuing for it, but they were so quick i didn't even spend as much time as i thought i would. Keep it up guys

I am a new patient and it was my first appointment. I was most impressed already .How I have been treated. The nurse was friendly and informative making sure I understood what was happening
