Really gone down bank got rid of All the best nurse staff and doctors don't listen too you my illness wasn't on file and at too take proof what was wrong with me and was told that one of my illness was nothing too wrong about when the hospital told me it was and lady doctor took medication I didn't want come off them hospital doctor said I could stay on it everytime I'm poor hospital say doctor to give me antibiotics but the nurse always says no you don't need them only too get them at the emergency doctors afew days later im look for a new doctor and definitely will be moving practice

Got a call from the surgery appointment for next day👍, got to surgery to see nurse practitioner who was puzzled as to to why I was there. Discharged from clinic with change of medication, blood test done , stats looking good ish, somebody forgot to read the correspondence from the clinic beforehand oops. The one good thing from this is I got to see some good people and it got me out of the 🏠.

I was booked in this morning a busy Monday. Not much of a wait. Saw Doctor who got a nurse in at the same time to do a Diabetes check on my feet. So that has cut out another appointment. Practice Manager popped in to say hello. Everybody was concerned about me. It was great to get confirmation that I matter. I can’t fault the service I read a book whilst a short wait. A superb team all friendly. Walked away very reassured that I matter as a person not as a statistic. With them 7 years now. Totally confident that they support me when I wobble. A good appointment all around

I would like to thank the practice nurse and doctor for there help with my condition. They were very efficient and sorted me out with in a couple of days which I am very grateful.

I went for the first time about my Mental Health issues. I was given an explanation of the services available by The Practice Manager. I was seen by One of the Doctors who sat down and took notes on my history. Time was not an issue and I had chance to tell my problems. I came out very reassured that I could get a good service here

Always very welcoming & helpful. Unfortunately I waited 1 hour & 15 mins later than my appointment time....this happens to often !Please consider the Drs & nursing staff. They need more hands on deck.

There to dicuss resukts from blood tests, made to feel at ease straight away, not judged st all givrn advise but i didnt feel like it was being pushed onto me

My experience, well we're do I start ? Waiting well beyond your appointment time ,doctor .different doctor each time you go these doctors don't know you,nor read notes, so they have no idea why you are there. Waiting time on phones saying they are bizzy and full , I come down to the doctors to find out how bizzy they were ,I sat down rang the reception, I got through after a time to be greeted with we are bizzy and pull . Well you could imagine the look on her face when I said you don't look full nor bizzy she said why ? Cuz if you look through your window you will see me on the phone talking to yourself .it went down like a lead weight .that's why I don't have a high opinion about my doctors .iam not saying all are the same but some just should not be there .above there pay grade .sorry but you did ask .

I have had need of an urgent appointment and despite being short staffed one of the doctors made time for me at the end of a busy day. I was treated with kindness and compassion and the Doctor made sure I was calm before I left. I am very grateful for the attention that was bestowed on me. Thanks to all the staff. I would recommend this Practice for anyone who has Mental Health issues or anything else..

Very efficient, excellent appointment , excellent staff overall very happy with everything . With working long hours they were able to fit me in on the same day as ringing which was also very fast on answering the phone so from the reception to the gp I was able to attend during my break all practices should be like this
