Got there 10-15 before the appointment, to be then called to reception about 5 minutes before the appointment to say my appointment has been cancelled due to the nurse not coming in. It was only a pill check so I don’t understand why no one else could complete the appointment - then got told that someone would call me in the afternoon after 2pm and no call made. Can’t give me an emergency strip or an appointment to suit so been recommend to go to a pharmacy even though my blood pressure is sometimes high and see how I get on. If it’s high call the doctors back. I have been waiting a few weeks for this appointment now I am close to running out

I have recently learned of another health issue and went to see Doctor. I got a reply almost immediately from a message sent through the NHS App. The App works very well with the surgery. I got an appointment and now tests are underway. I never have a problem getting through and I am always treated with respect.

Went in with a blocked ear possibly infected. The Dr dud even ask which ear was blocked and hurting. He then went on to examine the wrong ear and diagnosed wax. When I pointed to the one hurting, he told Mr it looked okay. Prescribed olive oil despite telling theDrwehad be using it for the past week.

I came due to recovering from covid for the 3rd time I saw practice nurse. She was amazing and put me at ease straight away. She gave fantastic advise and help to reassure me that I’ll get over it. She has been brilliant everytime I have seen her, she’s worth her weight in Gold .

I attended on date shewn after only booking the day before, and no long time to wait during the phone call for an answer, then after only a short time did I get to see the person I asked to see, my visit proved to be very informative and answered my problems re my condition and was given referrals to follow up re my health, so know awaiting appointments, so my visit was way worth my visit.

Did get booked quickly and explained I had tried a home treatment myself first but still had a problem and I saw someone within 3 hours of calling the surgery

The nurse was really helpful very approachable with my son. Was really kind. She went through everything I should keep an eye out for and if his symptoms get worse then what to do next.

Check in was easy I did not have to wait l9ng to be seen the doctor was most helpful and thorough I had to book a further appointment reception staff very pleasant

I went in for problems in my chest and not even a stephostope before go a&e very terrible service the women I spoke to was extremely abrupt almost like me being there was inconveniencing them so I was in the appointment for less then 30 seconds and wasn't checked over
