Cannot see the advantages in using this system. It takes a long time to work out what parts apply to the patient and what to say. Someone at the practice then has to go through all the applications and I just cannot see how that is better than phoning in and actually speaking to someone because when one is not well it's nice to have a person to try and and explain what's wrong rather than trying to work out what to put on a computer screen.

We are mandated by NHS England to implement online consultations and Abbey, along with other Practices in Wellingborough have or will be, migrating to this system. Timely, efficient, caring appointments in the last few days. Really appreciate the flexibility and the thorough time spent helping me. All appointments have been excellent. Being able to get up to date and accurate help with menopause symptoms and treatment has changed my life for the better, thank you.

Thank you. This is an excellent example of how Anima, our new appointment booking system, can work for our patients. Previously this would have been appointment and now our GPs are able to quickly action some requests enabling the saved appointment to be offered to someone with a greater clinical need. I have recently required weekly treatment for post operation wound healing. The nurses have all been caring and professional. I had to change an appointment and the Admin person I spoke to was friendly and very helpful. In fact all the staff have been excellent and I highly recommend Abbey Medical.

once again experiencing issue with this booking system, trying to get an appointment for my partner using the system, it took best part of 30 mins to answer the sheer volume of different questions and had to go back to the start twice because I put in wrong answers (not being a medical person), eventually got an appointment for 4 weeks ahead which was not acceptable, rang surgery to try and explain problems but was told to re enter the problems via anima, i'm 78yrs old and my partner is coming up 74yrs old. Now waiting for possible new appointment, why oh why cannot we go back to the good old phone system where you spoke to someone and usually got an appointment straight away!!! await the Surgery's response.

Further to my review of the 4th October. This was my first time using Anima to book an appointment and boy oh boy what a process. It took 3 emails, 3 text messages and a phone call to eventuall get an appointment for that day. I just do not understand how this system is better than the old fashioned phone call, you might have to wait in a queue but at least you get an appointment all in one go. In my case the system which I started at approx 0735hrs allocated me an appointment at 0933hrs for 1100hrs however because I did not respond till 0935hrs the slot was lost to someone else. After the text and email messages I rang the surgery and eventually got a slot for 1500hrs that day. Now how can this system be better than the phone call system??

I am so grateful for kindness of all the staff- receptionists, doctors, nurses. Any time I had an appointment regarding different issues, every single person was so kind, thoughtful and professional. The treatment I was receiving was always successful. I am glad this practice was recommended for me by our neighbour.

Was seen by a student GP who was very, thorough, professional and friendly. This was followed by a review with her tutor GP . He was excellent . I felt listened to and confident that my worries were addressed.

We undertake placements for Cambridge and Leicester University medical students as they complete their final year and move on as Foundation Year Doctors. It is very important we invest time in training our GPs of the future and that they receive feedback so they can progress and be better clinicians. Despite the struggles that the NHS are facing, the staff here do their very best to ensure a smooth and stress free process. My appointment today was very simple, the doctor listened to my problems and made me feel very understood. They have been very accommodating with my mental health challenges and have enabled me to receive care even when I thought it would not be possible. The GPs I have interacted with have been fantastic. I have also always had results sent to me promptly and prescriptions processed quickly.
