Review titled Just try and get an appointment
Rated 1 star out of 5
by Richard Spencer - Posted on 20 May 2024
Clearly this practice doesn’t employ or have a telephone answering service fit for purpose. I tried calling… you are number 16 in a queue … having waited for over twn minutes on hold, i gave up. Yes I could have requested a call back, but I was at work and had meetings to attend. Yet, this practice has advised the NHS that Kenilworth doesn’t need any additional practices.. ‘it’ can manage the increase in housing developments… yet I get an appointment? The customer care is none existent… I’m simply trying to get a referral but can’t get to speak to a doctor unless I pencil out an entire day trying to get to to speak to a doctor. This practise should be put into special measures… terrible service.

Review titled Excellent care
Rated 5 stars out of 5
by Melanie Baillie - Posted on 11 September 2023
Called up this morning for an appointment for my little girl, telephone appointment arranged, called back promptly and they even called me back as it was school drop off time. Face to face appointment arranged and my little girl was seen by 10am with an excellent plan arranged. She felt comfortable and cared for by the clinician. Honestly the only thing to say is excellent care! Thank you

Review titled A doctors surgery run by receptionist
Rated 2 stars out of 5
by Anonymous - Posted on 24 May 2023
Possibly the hardest doctors in the uk to get an appointment with!. You have to call each morning and afternoon and hope that an appointment is available, there rarely is. You cannot book a routine appointment. The amount of times I've ended up in Warwick accident and emergency because it's impossible to see a gp (they tell you to call 111 who then send you) is insane. I have genuine health concerns that I need to see someone about (chest pains and tiredness), but have given up trying to book something. Its almost like the entire surgery is run by the receptionists. If you have a spare 20 minutes then give them a call to be greeted with an insanely long voicemail which does everything it can to stop people trying to book an appointment.
