    Both the doctor and GP registrar went out of the way to help me. With their treatments, I am on the way to recovery. I was really suffering with cough. Even the consultant I saw privately today, agreed with the treatments. I am very grateful to them for my management and the set up of this practice.

    I had a medication review today with the Nurse. Something I have not had before. I was pleasantly surprised when I was contacted to come in for the review. The actual review was 10/10 for patient care. This practice staff are proactive, friendly, caring and compassionate. I cannot fault their service.

    Ten out of ten to this GP practice and for the excellent care I was shown on my very first GP consultation with this surgery. My call for an appointment was answered promptly and with courtesy the lady who answered my call then to my surprise offered an appointment to see the GP same day. She even found an appointment at the surgery near my home. The GP who was the first GP I met at this practice restored my faith in primary health care. The Doctor at Moor Grange immediately referred me to the eye casualty. Somehow she found a way to beat the usual 6 week NHS wait by getting this urgent appointment, and before I parked my car in the garage, I received a text message from the GP to say I had an appointment at the eye casualty for the next day, which was a Saturday, first thing in the morning. Further, the GP advised me to go armed with a book, a bottle of water and snacks as it was a sit and wait appointment. The care, service, and attention I received was brilliant, and I cannot thank the practice for their diligence. On the face of it they were just doing their job but to me I appreciated it even more because of my previous experience at my old surgery. I am so glad I was proved wrong, my confidence in primary health care has been restored thanks to their great patient care, and experience. Bigger GP surgeries could learn better patient care by emulating the good practice at this surgery. Thank you for being there for me and for your sterling patient care.

    this is a caring and great practice because; the receptionists are always helpful and well mannered; I do not have to wait long for them to reply; no queue; I get an appointment within the day sometimes; or the week but if it is non urgent never longer than 2 weeks; if I want referring to the nurse or physiotherapist for example I get an appointment quickly. The staff are exemplary . The nurses are very helpful and explain things very well and I feel confident that they listen to me and any problems I may have. I get my check up regularly and never have to remind them. The doctors that I have seem over the last 2 years show care and listen well to anything I might have to explain. If there is a follow up or an appointment at hospital is necessary they do that efficiently and explain it well. They usually ask my opinion too and ask if I am happy with what they have suggested. I tend to go to the Doctors if I have something seriously wrong and not at the 'drop of a hat', but if I were to frequently ask to see a Doctor I have the impression that I would be treated with respect. During covid many of the staff administered the vaccinations , and it all was planned well and run efficiently. It was good to be able to go to the surgery for these vaccinations. I would have no hesitation in recommending this practice to other people and I think that I am lucky to be in such a good practice.

    I saw the GP today - he was truly excellent. Kind, caring, reassuring and really listened and understood my concerns. Every interaction I've had with the practice is the same from reception to the wonderful practice nurse. The e consults and repeat prescription requests are always prompt and the reception staff are friendly and helpful, I've never not been able to get an appointment when I've needed. I know a lot of people are quick to complain about their GP practice but not so quick to leave feedback when it's been excellent. A wonderful GP practice

    I would recommend abbey grange. They are a friendly practice, which is accessible and prompt with responses. They use econsultation which enables quick contact and appropriately timed reviews. My repeat prescriptions have always been ready on time

    I have only positive things to say about all my interactions with the doctors, nurses and reception staff at this practice. I recently requested some medication via the e-consultation system and I had a text from the doctor the same day to say it was waiting for me at the chemist. Myself and my husband have both needed referrals to hospital and the doctors we saw were very caring and understanding to our health needs. We have also seen the nurses and health care assistants for routine health checks and blood tests and they have also been very pleasant and professional. The reception team work very hard and are extremely helpful with queries when needed. I feel very lucky to have such a great GP practice as I know not everyone has such a wonderful service from their GP practice.

    I have been with this GP now for just under a year. I have to say their processes are excellent. I have complex health needs and often have many hospital appointments which sometimes require changes in medications. Unlike my previous GP, where I would have to chase them and book appointments if my hospital specialists wrote to them changed my medication or recommended referrals to other services, Abbey Grange and Moor Grange action all letters upon receiving them. Meaning I no longer have to chase for health plans to be put in action. I am very very happy with the availability of appointments and their online booking system is brilliant and easy to navigate. They also offer routine appointments at the weekends, something my previous GP also did not do. I am very happy with my care with this practice and I feel heard and that my worries and concerns regarding my health are listened to. Thank you!

    I have had the same nurse for a number of appointments including my cervical screening, at Abbey Medical practice and she has been really fantastic. She was warm and friendly and really put me at ease when I have felt anxious or nervous in my appointment. I want to leave her some positive feedback because I think she is doing a really good job.
