Staff efficiency and politeness very good. The practice is looking a bit tired and could do with a lick of paint here and there. ie, blueback all over the walls.

I saw the hygienist and I am happy with the experience and level of professionalism, she did excellent job ! However the place and the building itself it’s not up to standard I am not sure I would come back .

I was absolutely terrified today (dont usually get nervous about going to the dentist) but he was so calming and clear about my options. What i always like about this dentist is he always gives options. 10 out of 10 for today thank you

In the upstairs examination room I noticed the sink was in a terrible stained state which didn't look very nice, the cost of £25.80 for an examination is extortionate it's going up every time.

Thank you for your review, the charge of £25.80 is the standard NHS fee which is set by the government, not the practice. With regards to the sink we have added this to our remedial list. Kind Regards Kelly Cattigan, Practice Manager.

The dentist was very professional and explained what he was doing and why. He showed me my X-rays and pointed out slight changes and reassured me that for my age my oral health seems satisfactory and that if I have any problem to contact the practice.

Always excellent service by avi and his nurse. Extremely friendly and helpful people in reception. Can't fault the practice at all.

My dental team are excellent. The dentist is so respectful everytime I visit. Extremely efficient. Please bring back online booking. It disappeared during Covid, but I dont think that can be used as a reason anymore, to not bring it back. It was extremely user friendly so I really hope my dental practice consider starting it up again.

Reception staff were pleasant, I didn't have to wait long and the dentist and here nurse were very pleasant as well. Apologised that they didn't seem to have all the equipment in the room that they needed and had to go and find a few items before replacing my filling.
