My dentist is very good but the reception team made a big fuss because I was 10p short. I gave them £40 for a £25 bill and they had no change. After just having a large tooth removed, they had me running up and down the road asking strangers for 10p.It was the most ridiculous thing I have ever experienced at a dentist.

Thank you for your feedback and we are happy to hear the service from the dentist was good. I believe the receptionist did offer to carry over over any overpayment or underpayment over as a credit/debit to your next visit. I am sorry if you feel this wasn't handle appropriately. The team were very understanding and reassured me, when a complication of a root canal caused my face to swell! They work hard to make sure the treatment is pain free!

Being able to get my problem sorted, they couldn't do it the day before and o called at 8am and given an emergency appointment

Finally got seen properly today and the dentist was very reasuring and seemed ro be very up with the issues a diaylsis patients has with their teeth

Reception staff efficient and friendly. Waiting time was minimal, Dentist took time to chat about my teeth and inform me of other options if i needed. Overall really good for someone as nervous as me.. thank you.

Having been attending the practice for many years now I have no complaints. It is good to have a regular dentist. The staff are efficient and helpful.
