From reception to dentist and assistant everyone was welcoming friendly and took great care with my mum. Could not fault.

My dentist is very kind and caring and exceptionally good at her job. She is very considerate of your feelings as a patient. I haven’t met a dentist as good as her in over 20 years

My dentist has bem very good from checkups to pulling a tooth out. Very kind and patient.the receptionist have been kind and helpful with appointments even emergency ones

I knew it would be difficult as a crown was old and it had been stuck back in on a previous time a long time ago, Having attempted to stick it back it was impossible, as part of the remaining piece of tooth was missing. As I was not in any pain with it, my dentist decided to leave it for the time being and see if I managed without it.

The booking was a nightmare, completely messed around, appointment cancelled twice, and the when on the phone made it as if I caused the change of appointment when it wasn’t. The waiting time was fine But once I was in the check up room I felt under pressure and the environment was not helpful for my anxiety and the way I was spoken to and treated wasn’t impressive coming from these “professional” and felt like I never want to go back there again .

Since my appointment this morning I have a very bitter taste and the back of my throat is sore. I was fine before the treatment from the hygienist. The bitter taste and throat irritation started whilst the hygienist was cleaning my teeth. Never had this happen before.

The Receptionist was pleasant. The Dentist was pleasant. However I felt I had a very cursory examination. Just a quick look pretty much. Indeed I have never had an examination like this before. It lasted a few minutes only. I did not feel it was a proper examination, at all. No notes taken for my records. I was amazed I was charged for this few minutes as it was not a proper check up apt.. A Disappointing service from a professional.
