Due to the new rates and expected to pay a deposit for the next appointment I shall be going elsewhere for the hygienist

Seems to take forever to get an appointment, had initiall problem end of feb and had to wait till end of March for appointment, first advise root canal needed, was booked to have it done recently, this was cancelled as dentist was on holiday, changed to a checkup and now advised need root canal and crown, nothing until end August for root canal and that will need to settle before crowning so long wait. Practice seems to be moving more down private route, works that could and should be on same care plan are dragged out so they can go onto the next plan, price of being nhs patient I guess, gotta stay with, if could afford to go elsewhere privite I would.

Polite and friendly, very professional dentist, my dental technicians explanation of the procedure before and after was excellent. Very pleased with the service that I have received from this dental practice.

Very thorough and professional dentist. Receptionist polite and calm despite being the only one on and long queues. Although I appreciate “no shows” for hygienist appointments is costly I don’t agree that all patients should suffer the consequences and have to pay a deposit 6 months in advance… penalising the majority for the minority especially at these difficult Financial Times…and an already expensive half an hour treatment at £73 which is not easy to find. Please re think this… especially as NHS check up should include a “ clean”.

Slow reception, had two appointments back to back. No one had informed my second appointment that I was still in first one and nearly missed my slot. If another patient hadn’t told me they had called my name I would still be waiting. Then told when rebooking a hygienist appointment that I needed to pay a deposit in advance as people had been not turning up!

Quick and thorough check up, gave informative, helpful answers to any questions i had. Receptionist staff were lovely and friendly, made you feel welcome and were efficient in booking my next appointment.

Prompt offer of a next-day appointment when I developed toothache, very efficient time-keeping, I was seen and dealt with quickly and efficiently. The staff are pleasant and friendly.
