The dentist always makes sure everything is okay. However trying to reach your reception via email or phone is a whole different think which is severely lacking and very frustrating

I was a very bad client. Never able to deal with pain. I must apologise for my unnecessary out bursts. Overall most accommodating.

I used my bike in the rain to get to my appointment and I was late by a few minutes They refused me service and there was 1 person waiting I find that to be discussing behavior and I am outraged that they would turn me away I would never use them again, terrible service stay away from them... thumbs down sad bunch of people work there.

Dear Waseem, My name is Rebecca, I am the new practice manager at Windsor Road Dental Practice. I would like to thank you for your feedback, we take all patient feedback seriously at our practice and take learnings from our patients experiences. I have attempted to look in to your appointment with the practice to established what occurred on the day of your appointment and why you could not be seen by the clinician. I have not been able to locate you on our system using the name left on the review, please contact myself on 01753 536619 if you wish to discuss this further. As a practice we endeavour to see all our patients in a timely manner, we do understand that patients may run several minutes late for their appointments from time to time and where possible we will still see these patients for their appointment. There are certain factors which means we can not always see the patients if they are late to their appointments such as how long the appointment was originally booked for, how late the patient was to the appointment and if this leaves the dentist adequate time to complete the necessary treatment. My crown came out. Next day I had an appointment at Windsor Rd Dental Practice The service/treatment I was given was with great care and attention Not only that, but the dentist gave me a thorough examination
