The nurse was so reassuring and supported me through the tooth extraction when I was very nervous. The dentist was brilliant, he was patient with my nerves and talked to me saying what might happen during it and what I might hear or feel as it went along which made me not panic when it did happen as I then knew that was expected. Highly recommend. I’ve been to numerous dentists but this is by far the best!

Dentist put my son at ease before extracting tooth , the whole procedure was painless and stress free , no complications & the area is healing well as of now ( 5 days after ) .

As a very nervous patient this was the worst dental visit in a long time. Still a bit shaken after extraction and trying to hold pad in my mouth he was asking questions I could not answer. As a deaf patient it was also very hard to understand him when I could not see his face. Very rushed. Reception also not helped, why would you ask someone their details when they cannot speak. Maybe try saying ‘Just to confirm your details, is this information correct???’

I arrived early and was received by a very friendly and polite receptionist. I was called in 15minutes later and had the same professional and friendly treatment. The result has proved excellent ? Thank you all again for your help ?.

Twice I was called on the day to cancel/change my appointment. Dentist was very rude and was an uncomfortable experience. I would never go back to this particular dentist, unsure about other dentists within the surgery. The best thing that stood out was the dental nurse, she was very kind and good at calming my nerves.
