The dentist. He was really professional and kind. What disappointed me was because he didn't put on my file he recommended the hygienist I would have to pay private - which I cannot afford. So I shall have to forego hygienist services unless it can be NHS

The dentist is great, dealt with my problem and was very king and patient. The receptionist staff however not so much, maybe be a little kinder when someone’s had a tooth removed 2 minutes ago ?????

Had experienced tooth ache on a back tooth that had been repaired previously to maintain it. On this occasion the tooth needed to be removed

The dentist was rough when dealing with my mouth, when I politely mentioned this she took no actions to comfort me nor apologize . She lacked professionalism which is just not good enough.
