Rachael the hygienist was very polite, caring and made me feel at ease. I told her when I went in that I need to have injections because my mouth teeth and gums are very sensitive. She told me that I could only have so much otherwise I would be unable to eat drink or talk. She went on to examine my mouth to see how much deadening in my mouth I need. She ask me all the way through my treatment how I was and complemented me on not complaining. This was very reassuring to me. I can’t praise her enough. For sure the Best Treatment I’ve had. I would highly recommend her.

My initial visit was good and informative however id asked for info and prices regard extensive work thats required. This was promised via email so i could get the treatment started. I have still havent received anything.

The staff were really polite and supportive. My dentist was informative and reassuring. She talked me through my problem and left me guide the pace of my treatment. Very helpful.

The new denture after the wax preparation hurt the first time tried and after a return amendment is still not right and i now have another appointment.

Put me at ease by being patient, takes the time to explain everything and makes sure Im ready and happy to proceed. Listens to what i want and makes sure that i happy with what is being done or has been done

Was in pain, phoned up and was given an emergency appointment. Dentist was supper efficient, and counter staff were extremely helpful.

Staff rushing around to finish work despite not finishing for almost an hour. Payment taken before receiving any treatment. Very short clean when I finally did receive treatment, whole experience felt rushed and unprofessional.

My dentist is great having my teeth whitened at present , unfortunately been delayed due to mouldings not fitting correctly not dentist fault down to the lab

After breaking a “ bridge” I immediately drove to the dentist to see if they could see me that day( last working day before Christmas) . They were able to see me and repair the tooth . Everyone was so helpful and I am so relieved to have got the tooth fixed before Christmas. I have never had a bad experience at Windsor Dental hence I have stayed with them for nearly 40 years. Fantastic service again .
