We arrive about 50 minutes early for our appt, mainly due to the fact we had travelled quite a distance and didn’t want to be late. We were offered to go and have a drink and come back, or to wait. We chose to wait, knowing it would be a long wait. However we were fitted in early as they had a gap, which meant we were both in and out before our first appt. For which we were very grateful. As always the staff were very friendly and professional too, highly recommend them .

Whole efficiencies of everyone reception staff are very welcoming & my dentist runs to time of my appointment prompt service all round

Waited outside waiting for it to reopen after lunch. Then waited 15 mins after my appointment time to be seen. Check up was quick with a quick scale. Then waited 10 mins more for my child’s appointment. When queried braces was told the wait was very long and unlikely to be given on the NHS. Yet previously had been encouraged to stay NHS as my child would need braces. Disappointed that my child will have crooked teeth unless we can find £3000.

I had 2 appointments with the hygienist and she was excellent; courteous, thoughtful, and considerate to my needs.. She was relaxed throughout, explaining what she was going to do and that made me relax

Pleasant staff, and dentist.disapointed with palate adhesive that I was given and charged,£3.00 for. On the packet it stated FREE sample.?
