I have been going to that dentist for a long time and the rest of my family do as well the staff are nice and polite and I have never had a bad experience there

I am so disappointed with the lack of customer service, having being registered here for many years the lack of empathy and understanding is horrific. Missing two appointments in almost 7 years ( 1 being through having covid) and the other being 6 years ago. I am instantly took off the list and no communication to tell me this. I have had to ring up requesting an appointment and being told i am no longer registered ! this is utterly embarrassing if you ask me, then being told i can re register as a private client paying almost 3x the price i was paying. Clearly in the business to make as much money as possible and not help the community.

Spotlessly clean. Very friendly atmosphere, dental nurse, very polite and patient,(I’m very nervous in dentist) put me at ease and kept asking if I was ok

Staff are lovely & helpful. The surgery was spotlessly clean & a pleasant environment. My appointment was on time. I like the text reminders before the appointment. I’ve been a patient at Windsor for over 50 years & I’ve always been happy.

This was my second visit to Windsor Road Dental Practice. As I experienced previously a very reassuring experience I opted for treatment by the same surgeon. Once again she took time to explain fully the procedure to extract two molars. I appreciated the way she dealt with certain medical conditions and was always considerate in ensuring I felt as comfortable as possible. Each step in the procedure was once again explained at I no time did I feel anything other than being in the care of a very professional Surgeon. I have further treatment planned in a month or two and will once again choose this practice and the same Surgeon for the procedure.

I was treated courteously by everyone. I carnot praise enough the care and consideration I received. Providing me within exact and clear information about what treatment I needed as well of any possible care in the future. The Dentist and Dental Nurse slowed respect and I was treated like an individual. Thank you so very much.

I had only ten minutes to be called into the dental treatment room, treated with courtesy and respect, everything pain free ? and didn't cost the earth. I have been using this dental practice and it's predecessors since the early 1970s despite moving home seven times. A top class professional outfit.
