I have always felt comfortable and relaxed here, even though I have an acute fear of attending dental appointments. Every member of staff I interact with always has a smile and is very friendly and personable

Now it has finally been announced on the system about my short term memory loss, I feel a lot more comfortable because I did have a huge problem with service which upset me because I missed a appointment because of my short term memory loss and was told I could no longer have any appointments. But now this issue has been avoided by my dentist and hygienist putting on the system that I will never be told that I can’t have any appointments and will always be welcome at the dentist. Both my dentist and hygienist have been amazing so understanding with me and I can’t thank them enough

Hygienist teeth cleaning heals helps Hygiene gums and teeth! Fresh. Breath swollen calming inflammation, settled down areas!

Reception staff excellent, incredibly rude women came in and the reception manager dealt with her very professionally and politely. Staff including everyone are always professional and polite.

The dentist that I have seen all the way through my root canal and tooth cap has been amazing. I had severe anxiety about the whole procedure and she was amazing and so reassuring

My doctor and her assistant were kind and caring during the procedure.The receptionists are also lovely but i have one concern. I had to come back and collect my denture and to have the receptionist just hand it over to me over the counter was so embarrassing.There were other clients seated behind me and someone standing beside me.it was a full room!They were just there in a clear small bag.I felt so unnecessarily exposed. Please try another method that promotes privacy and dignity.Even just putting this in an opaque envelope would have meant alot.But overall service is good.
