The friendly and supportive staff. I have a gag reflex and the dentist and hygienist were both patient and kind , offering advice and support.

Outstanding service ! Lovely reception staff greeting with lovely smile and time of day . Dentist and assistant outstanding 10/10 always a great service from this gent ! Brilliant experience lovely friendly people 10/10

Don't like the idea of having to have two visits for a deep clean last time I had it i was in the chair for just over 5 minutes for a clean of my top teeth why should I have to come back again it's gives people the impression of being ripped off as well as the inconvenience of a second visit so won't be using your hygienist service again

I have been seen in this practice for a few years now and recently had to have a lot of work - including some cosmetic in the form of crowns and white fillings. I have had terrible dental experiences in the past and have been left with a lot of trauma around the chair and the proceedures. The dentist who worked on my many varied issues at Windsor, was so kind and patient and allotted extra time so he could go at my pace. The other staff and dental nurses were also very warm and made the whole experience a caring one. My smile is back and my fear is significantly less thanks to their gentle patience and skill. Wholehearted thanks.

Always found a pleasant atmosphere , nice staff, not long to wait to be seen,i have only one irk i never see the same dentist and dont know why

Thank you for the lovely review. We do offer a secure a dentist plan in practice this is £10.50 per month and includes two check-ups and routine dental X-rays. The wonderful staff i felt so relaxed i have been dreading going to the dentist most of my life due to bad experience but now i even look forward to going to Windsor best dentists I've ever experienced i can't thank everyone involved so much including reception i won't be going anywhere else that's for sure ? ??

I had an emergency problem was given advice to ring early and was given an emergency slot reception staff were very helpful to help get me some treatment
