Dealt with quickly with care and attention. Dentist pointed out a slight blemish on tounge which I need to keep an eye on.

I had a problem with my tooth and the practice arranged emergency treatment at short notice even though they were going on holiday that afternoon. Thankfully they were able to extract the tooth causing the pain.

Phoned on the Friday and appointment arranged for the Monday. Caring professional team who managed the situation of a rouge tooth. Extraction completed painlessly and now awaiting a new replacement tooth on my dental plate. No fuss and a well managed experience.

All the risks and possibilities were explained before the work started. Initial injections were a bit uncomfortable but the tooth extraction was entirely painless despite the amount of leverage needed to get the b**tard out. Top work from Magda.

Really helpful practice, full procedure clearly explained and all carried out extremly professionally. I had to have a tooth ecxtracted and they dealt with it really well

I rang the surgery at 9 am and by 11.30 am I had been assessed and my tooth had been extracted. The treatment was kind and efficient and good postoperative information was provided.

Accepted me as a patient. Booked me in for Dec 13th. I needed emergency treatment so I asked if it could be brought forward if possible. They booked me in for 17th Nov - Cancelled last minute by email (no phonecall) booked appointment for 21st Nov by email no phonecall just allocated me this slot. Text the morning off 21st to cancel appointment (both appointments cost me money without factoring in any work done). Within 10 mins of this text I received both an email and text saying they are cancelling and have removed me as a patient with no conversation between us. I called and the lady who answered was really hostile. In a way this is a blessing because if they have this little regard for treating people I definitely don't trust them. They were made aware I have dental phobia and anxiety which this has heightened along with remaining in pain. I understand there is pressure on places but that doesn't mean they shouldn't at least treat people with empathy and respect.
