After a bit of a wait I found the appointment was not at all worrying as I am slightly nervous. Check up went well and was carried out by a very pleasant dentist.

This was the best dental checkup experience I have had in a long time. My appointment was a little late, but I received an apology and a reasonable explanation was given. My checkup was thorough and my treatment options explained clearly.

Excellent advise. Very reassuring and professional approach for further treatment. The Dentist and dental nurse were very considering, and made one feel at ease The receptionist was helpful and tried to accommodate my request for further treatment. The surgery was very clean, however the building needs a complete make over, The corridors were very dark and the floor was very uneven. The entrance door to the building was very heavy to open and close. As far my dental treatment has gone the procedures have been excellent, Therefor I can highly commend this dentist.

The drill that normally provides a fine spray of water flooded my mouth with so much water it caused me to choke each time it was used, even with suction. Water had a strange taste.

Waitrd 45 mins to be told cant fit me in and have one six weeks hence to have loose filling done in november last and loose

The dentist took the time to explain everything clearly Unfortunately the receptionists spoilt the visit. The one dealing with us made a mistake when calculating how much we owed. I paid by card and then the other receptionist quietly pointed out to her that we were 20p short. Our receptionist then apologised and asked for the 20p. I searched but had no change and my son only had a £1 coin so I offered that. Only to be told they didn’t have any cash to give change. I said we had no other cash and I wasn’t putting 20p on my card. The other receptionist said they could either put it on our bill for next time or we could be in credit by 80p. I said I couldn’t believe we were being chased for 20p when it was their mistake and the receptionist got quite shirty and said they weren’t chasing me - it was just a simple mistake. It was a simple mistake and I have no issue with that, but it should just have been pointed out, apologised for and let go of! 20p! I left the £1 coin and I am now supposedly 80p in credit - how ridiculous

Lack of patient care - during cleaning water went all over my face and no one mopped with a tissue. Long wait to be seen even though I had first appointments in the day. Rather quick given price paid.
