I think she is a great dentist. Did not perform procedure until t was comfortable to do so. Got to say ...really impressed. I wouldnt normally fill in a survey so must be happy!

I rang for a soon-as-possible appointment. The receptionist tried to see if there was one available in the immediate future. There wqs not, but she offered one in 3 days time, which was very good, and sooner than I had expected anyway. Within half an hour, though, she had rung me to say that there had been a cancellation, and that there was an appointment available the next morning, which I immediately said yes to! I think this shows that reception staff at Wallingford House care for their patients and do their utmost to meet their needs. My treatment by the dentist the next day was as careful, sympathetic and professional as always. I really could not wish for a better Dental Practice than that of Wallingford House.

Nothing good bad time keeping got there in time for my appointment with hygienist had to leave without seeing the hygienist as I was kept waiting so long

The dentist bring half an hour late for my appointment. No update to say why and a terrible attitude when asked why she was late.

The dentist was helpful, friendly, and professional; they listened to my concerns and checked and addressed both issues I asked about. The receptionist was very helpful too when booking my next appointment.
