I have been with the practice for just over a year. They are very friendly and efficient. My dentist has a lovely manner and puts you at ease. I cannot fault them.

The receptionists were warm and welcoming. I accidentally mused an appointment previous day but not made to feel bad about it and was given an appointment the following day. My dentist also didn’t make me feel guilty of. missing appointment as I apologised but he said so calmly “ don’t worry I like to move forward “ The Hygenist was so positive , friendly and gave an outstanding treatment and advise afterwards. Teeth feel amazing ! Next session quickly and effectively booked for 6 months.

What a find … at last an exceptionally good NHS dentist with optional private practice … led and staffed by young dynamic and well qualified staff. Highly recommended

Unfortunately our experience has not been great, the practice itself is unclean, reception staff are often rude and the dentist I had gave me a different decision at each appointment to whether or not work needed to be done and then if she decided it did would try to sell me private treatment. The final straw has been that my appointment keeps being changed or cancelled for the last 6 months, including one appointment time changing 5 minutes before the appointment and a second with less than 24 hours notice, we feel they value their private patients more than their NHS, I have now taken the decision to leave the practice as it's become a joke sadly.

5* service from all the staff at this dental practise, lovely dentists who do a great job along with all other friendly staff members and amazing manager. Quick appointments and no waiting. Would highly recommend.
