My mother who is physically disabled and anxious requires dental treatment. She has attended this practice over 50 years. Her dentist advised they will organise for her to go to dental hospital and they have not done so Her dentist advised he would refer to Mcr dental hospital. 2 years later we are still waiting contact. I have tried to ring the phone line and it just rings out constantly with nobody picking up nor is there the ability to leave voicemail. My mums poor dental health is severely compromising her Quality of life.

I would like to thank the reception staff for getting me in so quickly, I am nervous patient and one in particular was able to get me in to see the dentist quickly and was such a help. The dentist I seen today was so helpful and friendly and put me at ease from the second I sat in the chair. I would like to thank one of the staff in particular (I can’t leave names it says) for her help and friendly manner and the dentist I seen today, thank you so much.
