The dentist nurse was really polite and professional, said good morning and asked if I was ok. You don’t get that often now where ever you go!

Receptionist was lovely! Very friendly and smiley. Dentist is incredibly empathetic both with adults and children and always remains calm and patient when children are reluctant to have their teeth inspected.

All staff were extrwmely engaging with my 3 year old, especially the dentist and nurse who put him at ease, explained exactly what was happening, gave him stickers and a few bits to take home. That's the first time he has sat and allowed a proper examination, not just a quick glance in his mouth!

My appointment was booked for 8.30 and I wasn’t seen until 8.55. It’s the first appointment of the day so there’s no reason to be kept waiting. This has happened multiple times.

Thank you for your feedback and I am sorry to hear you were kept waiting for your appointment. Unfortunately my two dentists travel over 50 miles to work and delays often occur on the motorway, which is out of our control. However, patients are notified of delays, so you have the option to wait or rebook.

The dentist and assistant are the best I’ve ever seen and any practice. Very helpful, knowledgable and pleasant. They are both a credit to the practice.

The people care for the patients and their oral heath. I was given advice and came out feeling more in control of my gum disease with a proactive treatment plan to help combat this long term problem.
