A pleasant replacement filling with my friendly dentist, who I have known for many years. Shame he is retiring- but I wish him well.

Attitude of reception staff brought the experience down. When stating that the medical history hadn't changed. With bad attitude and rasing of her voice. We was told they still needed to be done to update the system. There was nothing to update the system up with, hence no change in medical history.

Very courteous young man, no pain during filling procedure, first visit to this dentist as my previous dentist has changed her hours and was unavailable untill December

Very friendly staff, my dentist is thorough and professional. Always seem to have to wait though even with early appointments 15 minutes past my actual time again today

Arrived for a Hygienist appointment today to be informed at reception on booking in that the price has increased, and almost doubled since my last appointment. I was told if I didn't want to go ahead with it I could leave. This information should have been given prior to the appointment and not suddenly on arrival. I had taken time out of work to go so I was hardly going to just leave! There was no explanation for the increase it was all pretty disgusting to be honest.
