Everyone was kind, lovely, pain free and efficient dentistry, great al round experience plus the ladies on the front desk got me a quick appointment with no fuss and also were very helpful

Appt good. Telephone systems not good started ringing at 8 30 Nobody picked up Then 5 mins later engaged .so couldn't see my own dentist

I am not on a register ,so after i rang for the third time ,I got an appointment and got a temporary filling done .l was pleased to get the work done ,but disappointed I could not get registered at Victoria street practice Loughborough .Thanks Mr Ellison.

I was upset to find out minutes before my appointment that the cost of the hygienist had gone up considerably to £79! I then was told my appointment would be 30 minutes but it wasn’t it was less the 20 minutes. I was told that my teeth were ok will little plaque but the yellow was not outside stains (as I don’t smoke, drink tea or coffee or drink red wine!) but more likely from when I was young with having to wear braces. I was told paying for whitening treatment would remove this at a cost! Over experience felt deflated and like I had £79 taken from me for a very quick polish and clean!

Everything was good about my appointment with the hygienist but I was truly shocked by the cost. I can afford it but I’m sure that a lot of people wouldn’t be able to. When the NHS first started, all aspects of dentistry were free, what happened?

Very impressed with speed of emergency appointment which was on time and treatment done immediately. Very pleased with result. Friendly team and everything explained in detail
