We love the practice and been with it for over 5 years now. So far our dentist had changed 3 times and this is the 4th time. First 3 were absolutely lovely and gentle but the one we got assigned now was not the nicest. She was very harsh and did not ask or knew why I had issues with my teeth.. made me feel uncomfortable and not looking forward to go again to her.. I have history in my childhood of very bad experiences and I have very large fear of dentists.. this is bringing me back and makes me feel very uncomfortable… I’m considering calling and asking for someone else but my anxiety isn’t letting me..

They are great from receptionist to dentist to nurse, very caring and professional, always communicating all the options I have with my treatment

I’ve been coming to this practice for many years. It’s well run and staff are helpful and friendly. Don’t usually wait too long either. On my most recent visit the dentist was able to get 3d image of my teeth to fit a crown which fits perfectly.

On the app it states that it says yes to emergency NHS appointments but when I phoned I was told that it doesn’t do them. This is a bad service they should update their app.

The recent experience that my wife and I received was both professional and caring. Both my wife and I being of Pensionable Age and lacking a little confidence were warmly received by the friendly staff. The required work was carried out with due care and attention and left us with the feeling that we had found a practice that you could completely trust
