We had informed them by phone when booking the appointment that this appointment would be for the loosening of my tooth, however the dentist kept insisting that this was a check up only and he would not do more at this appointment.

Although the staff are friendly and helpful, I do not expect to sit in the waiting room for three quarters of an hour before being seen for my check up.

I am a nervous patient when it comes to dentistry. The dentist got my anaesthetic injection done swiftly so that it took effect without delay and the procedure was very quick. The dental assistant was very helpful.

Appointments cannot usually be made within short time, but if there's an emergency they act quickly. Generally very good service, taking good care of patients!

The receptionist who dealt my appointments was very rude and doesn’t understand my queries or concerns , I have never seen a person with so much negative attitude until now .

The dentists I have seen at University Dental Practice have always put me at ease (not that I'm a particularly nervous patient) and taken time to explain what they're doing. Where applicable, they've involved me in the decision about what treatment or course of action to take.

I had a general checkup, which was fine. I also received an outlook for a tooth where a filling was lost. The options were made very clear, and sufficient time is given to consider these.
