I had a very disappointing experience with this dentist. The appointment and notification system is poorly managed. Scheduling appointments by phone is unreliable, as the times provided don’t match the actual appointments. I would not recommend this dentist. I have not received any notification for the appointment and the time since it’s booked. I called to confirm the appointment on the day to realise it’s overdue!!! The time in “their computer “ is 3.15pm I don’t book appointments at this time for school run. I had it recorded in my calendar at 4pm. Obviously there is no way to check as their notifications system does not work.

I was a bit nervous going into the appointment but the team were very calm and professional. They explained everything they were doing and answered any questions I had in a way that was easy to understand.

Dentist was new for me . She was very thorough went through all my medical history and meds explained what she wanted me to do and what treatment she advised was very happy to see her again thank you

I've always been afraid of the dentist. I went today for the 3rd time and had no fear at all. All the staff are extremely kind and very patient.

The smile as you walk thru the door , i find it idifficult walking upstairs, the dentist and the nurse happily came downstairs, the dentist explained each step, im flying in February and i thought i had an hole in my tooth , luckly i hadn't and the dentist said all was ok and assured me i didnt waste her time. i cannot fault anyone in the practice. a huge thsnk you to the whole team.
