I am not very good with having work done at the dentist but the staff were kind and checked me often to make sure I was doing ok

Amazing! I am a very anxious patient and the reception and dentist put me at ease straight away. Very caring which is really hard to come by! Work undertaken was great and next steps explained patiently. Thank you

They were very helpful. I was seen very promptly and professionally. I only called the day before and luckily, there was a cancellation and I was given this appointment. I was very pleased with appointment.

The staff are all very lovely and knowledgeable. Unfortunately, Waiting time was definitely an issue. I was there with my son who has autism, and it was very difficult for him to wait that long… making it a negative experience overall for him. Once he was able to see the dentist, he was already really struggling.

Start to finish communication through to final outcome of my emergency appointment, it was dealt with in a professional manner no issues would definitely recommend.

From registration to appointment, it went smoothly. There is some wait for NHS patients to register with the dental practice which is understandable. Once they are able to offer an appointment it goes smoothly and I can book regular checkups and hygienist with them.

Once again I am so happy with the personal service at this practice. Holistic treatment means being treated as a whole person, not a set of teeth in isolation, and that is exactly what you are here, a real person. It feels like the clinical staff and reception are all friends and you get great confidence from that as well as very professional treatment.

I cannot fault the care I received today at university dental practice! I was only meant to have a check up but my bridge had broken and the lovely dentist repaired it and gave me my smile back.Thankyou so much
