Had a 9am appointment, but the dentist didn’t even arrive until 9.15am and then had to change. Not one word from reception to explain that the dentist was running late or some other reason for the delay. I was just left sitting in the reception wondering what exactly was happening?

I had an appointment with the oral surgeon within the practice for tooth extraction. I explained i was very nervous following a bad experience having a previous tooth removed. I was made to feel relaxed and the procedure was fully explained. The Dentist also ensured throughout the procedure that i was ok and asked if i wanted to have a rest inbetween various parts. Really lovely lady and has eased alot of the dental anxiety i had prior to attending.

Friendly staff, explained clearly what they were doing / going to do to put patients at ease and then what will happen in the future (as in a procedure isn’t currently needed but will be re-assessed at the next appointment).

My appointment was reasonably long as I had a filling repaired. However my wife followed my appointment and bearing in mind she supposedly had a full inspection and x-ray taken she was not in the dentist’s chair for longer than 10 minutes. Taking away the time for the x-ray, I don’t see how a full inspection could have been properly done in the remaining time.

The helpful and friendly reception staff were lovely. The hygienist was absolutely wonderful! She was so reassuring and kind. I am autistic and she really seemed to understand my struggle! She kindly took her time and was really gentle. Thank you so much.

As always, a very helpful and pleasant service. However, my husband has had a couple of appointments cancelled by the practice. This has now been rearranged. But could I suggest when the practice need to cancel an appointment could a new appointment be automatically selected for a patient? If this is not suitable, the patient could simply call up to change? Thanks

They are always a super friendly and very efficient practise, from the lovely ladies on reception to the fabulous dental staff. A positive experience from start to finish! (Even for our eldest son who is Autistic) Thank you
