I attended the clinic today for a tooth extraction under sedation. I was very nervous when I arrived but was soon out at ease by the staff. I had three teeth extracted and can say that the whole experience renewed my confidence in the dental service. The staff were caring and I was made to feel very calm. Thank you all for renewing my faith in dentists!! I’ll be back!!!! Pam Young

From arrival to departure, the service was Fantastic. I needed to have 2 teeth removed, they did this quickly and with great care. They could not have been more caring and professional, I would not hesitate going back there and highly recommended them to everybody.

When I arrived at reception I had difficulty hearing, and being heard by, the receptionist. This was partly because the acoustics in the room are very bad, but also because they have a radio playing as background music. This extra noise in the room is entirely negative. No one could be able to hear the radio properly even if they wanted to, and it just added to a noisy environment making it difficult to hear. I have normal hearing and it must be much worse for anyone with any hearing problem. After my check up the dentist phoned me at home and asked me to call back. I have tried more than once, but I have been put on hold with no indication how long I will have to wait, and not been able to spend too long hanging on in a void. There is no email address. My experience with the dentist (my first visit) was good, with everything clearly explained and what seemed to be a very professional and thorough examination.

We have been going as a family for years, then we found out without any warning that they took us off their books because we couldn't come during the pandemic due to being classed as vulnerable and self isolating. We've been waiting over a year to be offered a place again. I would recommend going somewhere that values and looks after their patients, Not here
