Reception staff were very welcoming and helpful. The wait to see the dentist was very short and I was seen on time. The dentist was very informative, he explained the procedure and treatment plan choices throughout my appointment. I was initially nervous but very quickly felt at ease.

Great communication/service with the ladies serving on the till area. My Hygenist is very good and she is good at reassuring and tends to my needs as I have gag reflexes and gives plenty of rests while cleaning the teeth for a breather 10/10

Attended the practice and was greeting by receptionist immediately. Sat down in a clean waiting area. Called a few minutes after my appointment time. Met with the hygienist who was pleasant. He went through my treatment plan and proceeded to treat me . Booking of next appointment was easy. Very happy with service .

They had a friendly reception team as we walked through the door and an equally friendly Dentist who was welcoming to our (noisy) young children, which we really appreciated. We have had the same Dentist before, who really put us at ease and helped explain to our 5 year old what he was doing to help her to understand what they do. A really positive experience for our family
