The lady we had today was fantastic with my children today. She put my autistic daughter at ease when having xrays and spoke very calmly at all times. Explained everything so all children could understand. Reassured me with dental plans for the future.

Dentist put me at ease throughout extraction and explained everything- was very pleased with new partial Denture.

I attended 5 minutes before my appointment and was called into the dentists room at 1130 which was my appointment time. Dentists and dental nurse were very polite and telling me what was happening as well as new products available for dental health care.

Took time with me as I am a very nervous patient explained what I needed to be done .As I have a problem with having a small jaw took time to relax me and carry out some X-rays which he needed to do .Also checked for cancer advised me to floss and see the hygienist checked my gums

Very professional; dentists and other staff are friendly and helpful. Had an emergency appointment whic was arranged quickly and the dentist expained very clearly what the options were and why. While waiting witnessed staff interacting very supportively to both adults and children.
