Friendly polite staff, very nice gentle dentist that put me at my ease straight away and checked I was alright constantly . Good value too

I had an emergency appointment and was treated superbly. Was given details if my problem got any worse. Fortunately it didn’t. The dentist took a X-ray explained and showed it to me and took the time to explain going forward if the problem continued.

All the staff and dentists are welcoming and friendly and all treatment is explained clearly. I had a check up and felt well looked after.

I was seen quickly, within a few days of my filling coming out. My dentist checked the tooth thoroughly and recommended further treatment. He was polite, sympathetic and thorough.

Had a filling carried today and the dentist and assistant? was excellent. He kept asking if I was ok often and I never felt any discomfort or even the weird feeling with the injection. Best filling Ive ever had.

I have full confidence in my dentist, thorough, relaxed and good communication. My concern is cleanliness, the stairs were very dirty and I was given smudged and scratched glasses to wear during my inspection. I hope this is a one-off.

Dear Patient, I am sorry that you were concerned about the cleanliness at your last visit and that this was not up to standard. I will be sharing your comments with the staff. I would like to assure you that we have very high infection control standards at the practice and the patient glasses are disinfected with wipes between each patient and sometimes this can make them look smudged. Called the Practice 1st thing in the morning in the hopes an immediate appointment could be had due to a tooth abcess. Very grateful to be given one later that morning. Xray taken, Prescription for Antibiotics given, and another appointment to remove offending tooth. With advice for pain relief in the meantime. Very pleased to have been seen quickly

The staff are all very friendly. The dentist was thorough in investigating my teeth,gums, internal mouth and external. He made an appointment for me with a specialist. Which I'm waiting for an appointment.
