Prompt ,efficient service. This wasn't the Dentist that I had the last time,and thought that I was to see the same Dentist ,but the one that I did see was able to put me at ease for my examination and had,a pleasant manner.

From the moment I walked in, to the moment I walked out, the service and care I received was fantastic. Staff were cheerful, friendly and professional. They asked if I had any problems, informed me what they were doing and asked if I had any questions. I mentioned I felt a bit dehydrated to the member of staff on reception - she kindly asked me if I would like her to get me some water. I am a “nervous” patient and feel a bit embarrassed by this, but as always, I was treated with sensitivity and felt relaxed. Thank you very much to all staff.

The dentist was very kind as i am a nervous patient. He took my tooth out there and then rather than makimg me come back.

I don’t like dentist but made me relax and gave me the dentures I wanted. They are so comfortable and eating has opened up more options again

Receptionist was friendly and efficient didn’t have to wait to long to see dentist and he was very helpful and friendly.

You rang me to make appointment but on arrival I was told by the doctor I was booked as private patient and not as NHS patient, was disappointed as I was on your register since 2018 and you refused my appointment not be treated on NHS and not happy that you told me this on my appointment day
