All the staff are brilliant, very helpful, friendly and professional. I'm not too confident in coming too see the dentist/hygienist but my nerves are settled with this lovely team at the smile centre.

Dentist gave me very clear advice and discussed all issues with me so that I could decide on a suitable treatment plan.

I was seen for an emergency appointment very quickly. The dentist was lovely- very gentle and I felt very well looked after. Overall a very good service!!

There was a delay in seeing me, would of thought someone would advise oh by the way we are running late bear with. No info was given at all prior to the appointment, so no idea what to expect. The dentist was super not reassuring at all, didn't say 1 positive thing.

On a whole, very good service all round! One minor point, my appointment was 9am, I arrived at 8.45am not wanting to be late but they didn’t unlock the front door until 9am so by the time the receptionist had booked me in and I’d filled in the questionnaire it was 9.15 before I was called in for my 9 am appointment. As I was the first patient of the day you are already behind with the following appointments. Perhaps unlock the doors for the first patients of the day to come in and book in and fill in any paperwork required, you are then ready at 9am for your 9am appointment.

Good staff and service. I found out the price for my hygiene appointment had risen by £10 today. It was a large percentage rise (£60 to £70) and was not this price when I booked, which seems unfair.

I had an old filling from years ago that came out which concerned me as I didn't want to lose the tooth. I was seen quickly and without fuss, The dentist was very efficient. I am a wimp when it comes to the dentist and both she and her Nurse put me at ease. Everything was explained clearly and my options made very clear. Treatment was quick and painless.
