My hygienist is really good. Very helpful and informative also a lovely girl with a sense of humour. Receptionists are also good but need to smile a bit more

The professionalism of the dentist and the hygienist in addressing my current liver illness. At the other end of the scale is the slight of hand by head office to book an online hygienist appointment as a private booking without making the enhanced fee clear. A very disappointing practise

Dentist and nurse Very good, friendly Makes me feel warm and not worried. Normally I would feel scared and it would be difficult to control my anxiety. This time everything went well. Thank you very much

Unpleasant experience, dread going. 10 minutes late being called in and the treatment was extremely painful. Still in pain one week later.

Reception forgot to check me in so waited for half an hour in the waiting room until 5pm. By which point everyone was leaving and not time to undertake the main problem I asked the dentist to look at. My dentist was lovely. But to top it off the receptionist that didn’t check me in was rude. Mistakes happen and I get it. But you’ve asked for my feedback so here it is! Maybe she was having a bad day. I’ll try again in a few weeks.

The hygienist provides an excellent service and gives advice on how to keep your teeth clean so as to avoid decay or gum disease. Professional and competent with a friendly manner. Please pass on my compliments.
