The reception staf were so friendly and welcoming this morning. The dentist and her assistant always has a nice bright welcome for me also.

Hi, Yes I did attend a dental appointment with my dentist yesterday. I made the appointment because recent fillings in two of my upper teeth have come out and sadly broken again. I spoke with the dentist lady in the treatment room about the condition of my teeth ie. broken teeth and missing teeth due too extractions. I've always taken care of my teeth, with regular brushing and antiseptic mouth wash but sadly I'm starting to loose my teeth due too wear and tear and old age. I've paid £25.80 in cash yesterday the receptionist gave me a receipt. 93-25.80 =£67.20 (will pay this amount on 22Aug2023 2:00pm. I apologise for any confusion with girls on the reception desk. Virtually pain free kind care and professionalism from all staff especially the surgeon and his nurse would certainly recommend the smile centre and would go back if necessary

Very friendly but started late despite being 1st appointment of the day + had to go looking for equipment a couple of times which meant some delay & I missed my bus!

Did a thorough job. Gave helpful advice about cleaning teeth. Friendly atmosphere with good sense of humour. Very grateful to hygienist and assistant. I will be back!

I am a disabled person and need to come by the back entrance, using a walker . A large car was parked at an angle, just off the road, which made it impossible for me to squeeze by with my walker. Without the help of the taxi driver, who folded my walker and lifted it over the car. I clung on the side of the car and walked by it. The general surface of the area is very hard for me to walk on and was a nightmare to enter the dentist. My appointment with the dentist went well and I had to make another appointment to have 2 fillings done.

Very happy with treatmemt but VERY unhappy with having to leave a deposit for my next appointment. I have been seeing the hygienist 4 times a year since 2017 and i have always attended on time. Why should i now have to pay towards my next appointment?
