Good service, on time. Could slow down a bit. will go again. The toilets are good. They were generally good at listening but could do better.

The dentist is careful and reassured me of a worry that I had. My main concern is access to the surgery as I am now quite disabled, as is my husband. Parking is difficult at the rear of the surgery, so we park in the road using blue badges hoping that is allowable! The steps up to the front door are very steep.

First class professional, friendly and caring service for my routine dental checkup this week. The appointments process was easy to book and patient care was exemplary. I’m a long standing patient and have always received exceptional care .. I particularly appreciate the emphasis on prevention and good advice on oral hygiene I received at this visit.

Been using this practice over 30 years. I was a bit apprehensive when it changed hands but if anything, it's even better now. My lsast vist went really well. I was seen quite quickly and all the staff were polite and helpful.

The dentist recently replaced my crown. He is friendly and efficient and answers my questions. It did not take long and I am pleased to say that my crown is still in place ,without any problems, after one week. Many thanks to all staff.

I was really nervous today at my first appointment with Freedom as it's been 4.6 years since my last visit due to finding an nhs that's taking on dentist difficult. Dr. N is very welcoming, friendly, professional, & gave thorough treatment whilst helping me feel calm. I left feeling very happy with my visit, more so because no further treatment was needed. A really good Dentist & highly recommend. Thumbs up also to the Dental Nurse & both reception staff who were also great staff members. Thank you.
