Friendly staff. Efficient service. Treatment explained and completed successfully. Pain relief considered. Next appointment scheduled and sent by text to me. Happy with my visit to the hygienist. Thank you.

Politeness and friendliness of my dentist and staff. The procedure was carefully explained to me throughout. Even the parking was easy for a change!

I find the whole process from making the appointment through to the visit seamless. My dentist is polite and professional and nearly makes me look forward to my visits. Nearly but not actually.

All went very well from appointment booking through various reminders and helpful instructions to make the appointment run as smooth as possible. Also rebooking the next appointment was carried out very efficiently. Thanks go to all concerned.

Nav. Hygienist is very good. Calm and clear with what she is doing and why. Also explained what she needs to do on my next appointment Only problem is parking that is a real stress and very difficult

Dentist and dental assistant/ nurse were excellent. Reception staff not so, just not particularly well greeted, very matter of fact, felt like a bit of a hindrance

The receptionist appeared to be bored and disinterested when I arrived. It’s not very helpful when someone calls out “can I help” when you can’t see who’s talking because of the high shelf!
