The service and kindness shown to me during an emergency appointment with raging toothache etc. My dentist sorted me out efficiently and I was very grateful to her.

Very efficient & friendly staff. We were seen on time & allowed to be seen as a family so it wasn't traumatic for the children.

Reception staff good as always. New hygienist absolutely shocking. She was rude and aggressive with the treatment. Didn’t turn around to greet me, continued looking at screen as I entered. I had an audience with no explanation. The treatment was rough and uncomfortable. Teeth didn’t feel clean afterwards. Caught my lips with the polisher. Overpriced. Booked with a different hygienist for next time.

Saw hygienist 23/01/23 for my Down's Syndrome 3 monthly treatment. Once again excellent experience. Explanation of proceedings clear and precise and this added to his relaxing during treatment. Always find everything with the practice through from receptionists to dentists first rate.

I have been to the practice several times. The staff on reception are exceptionally pleasant, courteous and efficient as are the nurses. My wife changed to this practice because of me. I have only used one of the dentists and he was very pleasant too. Keep it up.

I have been a patient of the Elms Dental Practice for nearly 25 years and have always found the staff and practitioners very friendly and efficient. They will always do their best to arrange an appointment at the earliest opportunity depending on the urgency of the treatment required. I have always found their dental work and advice to be of good quality with honest opinions.

I developed gum receding, doctor didn't suggest me anything, didn't referral me to pedodontist, didn't done any action to stop it.
