The receptionists are very friendly and helpfull and my particular dentist I have been seeing for years Reeto Mall is excellant , I am lucky to have her as my dentist .

The young receptionist who dealt with me was constantly yawning. Not what you expect at 8.30am. She then took over a call from another receptionist while still dealing with me. Then just pointed to the ceiling for me yo go upstairs. Not very attentive.

Dentist and assistant were quick, polite and helpful. Reception staff seemed pre-occupied with the phones that didn’t seem to stop ringing despite a queue of people and the car park situation is terrible!

Was told to arrive ten minutes before appointment, 15 minutes after appointment time still waiting, the amount what was written on my paper work was increased when I went to pay, receptionist are very polite.??

Check up fine no problems however car parking gets worse every visit I allowed 30mins to park car park heaving had to go in a side street and pay to park which adds to the cost of checkup
