Excellent service all round. The dental nurse seemed to be inexperienced and mentioning that seems to me the only improvement that could have been made (see below).

The experience was good as always. Only problem is the parking. I was told hospital people park there. Couldn’t we all provide our reg numbers a we come in and you’d see the hospital cars then? A polite notice could then be put on there screen warning if possible fines

No space in car park, half hour delay in being seen (for which staff apologised). Unexpected charge for prescription for antibiotics as pharmacy said it was prescribed privately, although I'm an NHS patient.

Dentist customer service was great. Made recommendations and took my 1 year old on at the practice. Reception desk busy so had to wait a while but we’re friendly and helpful.

Unfortunately this is another dentist leaving NHS customers to fend for themselves and going private, chasing profits before customers. This practice is not of a private healthcare standard. All the walls are covered with posters trying to upsell products, many of which have nothing to do with dentistry. You should stick to what you’re good at!!

My rating would have been 5 star but the receptionist wasn’t as efficient as I would have liked, I had to ring afterwards to get the documentation that I needed to claim on my company dental insurance emailed to me. The paperwork I was given then showed that I had been overcharged.
