Friendly welcome from the reception staff. Hygienist and dental nurse were lovely and appointment went ahead on time

The Dentist I saw today was excellent but the young lady at the Reception Desk wasn’t friendly, she didn’t smile or say please and thank you. - all basic manners really.

Dentist took time to explain all options to me regards broken tooth Explained I am deaf and I could hear him clearly without facing him and him wearing a mask. Spoke very clearly Discussed taking out my hearing aids at my next 2 appts to help me be able to cope with them

Appointments were running about 20 minutes late, however dentist apologised for the delay. Check up was performed quickly and efficiently.

Good i.p. skills by staff and i have an excellent dentist. i have always been very well looked after - and i have high anxiety. had the best attention when an extraction was required and apart from a little bit of a sting when i was numbed, i never felt a thing and it was over in seconds.
